At Pet Your Love LLC, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if it meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The return must include all original accessories, tags, and manuals (if applicable).
  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support at help@petyourlove.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send the item.
  3. Once we receive the item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund.

Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong item ordered, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original order and place a new one.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
