At PetYourLove LLC, we are committed to providing reliable and timely shipping to our customers. We currently ship only to the following regions:

  • New Zealand
  • European Union (EU)

We do not offer shipping to other regions at this time.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within one to two business days after payment is confirmed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Estimated Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery times for each region are as follows:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 business days
  • European Union (EU): 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

3. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the system.
If you do not receive your tracking information within three business days, please contact us at help@petyourlove.com.

4. Shipping Delays & Issues

While we strive to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
  • High seasonal demand (e.g., holidays)
  • Unforeseen logistics or carrier delays

If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us for assistance.

5. Address Accuracy & Non-Deliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

PetYourLove LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped to the European Union (EU), United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
